Ex-Student John comes to the rescue on the Isle of Orkney
While out for a walk recently John, who left Ravenscliffe a few months ago for a new life in Scotland, showed incredible bravery and maturity to help out somebody in need. Ann Clark, a Senior Autism Practitioner who now works with John, slipped and fell whilst in the countryside.
"I knew instantly that I had broken my leg. John asked if I was alright and if he should get me some help. I asked John to go and find somebody and tell them I needed an ambulance and to bring them back to me. John was amazing; he stayed calm and ran for help and brought someone back. He waited with me whilst the ambulance came. Thankyou John; you were very brave and thank goodness you were there!"
Well done John! Everyone at Ravenscliffe is really proud of you!
