Help celebrate Rich's 18th Birthday, and raise money for Ravenscliffe@SpringHall!
RichFest takes place this Saturday (18th June) from 1.30pm at Ravenscliffe High School.
The event is held in memory of Richard Greenwood, a talented musician who would have been 18 this year. Rich's dad Phil is a Teaching Assitant at Ravenscliffe, and the events that he, his wife Sally, and daughter Rosanna have held over the past 5 years in memory of Rich have raised in excess of £15,000 for charities close to their hearts.
We are honoured this year to host the event, and are delighted that all proceeds will go towards the Ravenscliffe@SpringHall project. The Greenwood Family are hoping to sponsor the Music Room at the new centre, and are well on their way to naming the room in Rich's memory.
We are thrilled to announce that a record number of tickets have been sold prior to the event, and with plenty more available on the gate on Saturdays, it's shaping up to be some celebration.
RichFest kicks off att 1.30pm, and those in attendance will witness full card of incredible local musical talent which will include:
- Si Barnes
- Whilst the Cats Away
- Patrick McAllion

Gimbals resteraunt in Sowerby Bridge will be serving up mocktails and cocktails andposh nosh in their tea tent, and the award winning Kipling's will be on hand for those who like the spicier things in life.
Factor in all the above with games for the kids, flower garlands and an improving forecast, Richfest '16 looks set to be the party of the summer.
