On Sunday 26th April 2015, two inspirational brothers took on the challenge of a lifetime and helped raise £4000 in the process.

Andrew, 14, and 12-year-old Nathan Greenwood, who both have cerebral palsy never dreamt they would get to see the stunning views from Stoodley Pike, Todmorden.

Parents Joanne and Eldred, of Phoenix Court, Todmorden, say they are ‘over the moon’ that their sons got the opportunity to do something they never thought possible as a family.

The inspirational Calder Valley Search and Rescue Aim Higher challenge was part of Ravenscliffe High School, Halifax, and Halifax Courier Spring Walk for Spring Hall sponsored walk along canal towpath from Hebden Bridge and Brighouse to Copley Cricket Club, Copley, Halifax, where the Greenwood family were cheered on by hundreds of walkers and well-wishers as they watched this inspirational video of Andrew and Nathan’s incredible experience.
